The company holds an option to acquire 100% of the Alwin Mine Copper-Gold-Silver Project, located in the Kamloops Mining Division, 18 km west of Logan Lake, British Columbia. The Alwin Mine Project includes the past-producing Alwin Copper Mine and is located immediately west of Teck Resources’ (TSX:TECK.B) Highland Valley porphyry copper-molybdenum-silver ore body.

The Alwin Mine Project location is in the Guichon Batholith, within three kilometers of Teck Resources’ Highland Valley Copper open pit. The Company also owns 100% of the Olivine Mountain project located in The Tulameen ultramafic complex.

Mr. Dyakowski is President & CEO of GSP Resource Corp. Mr Dyakowski brings to GSP over 12 years of corporate development and capital markets experience, with an expertise in strategic planning and execution, financing, and marketing of exploration companies. Mr. Dyakowski most recently acted as an adviser to TSX Venture Exchange listed mineral exploration companies on their corporate development strategies. Mr. Dyakowski holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, is a CFA charter holder and holds an undergraduate finance degree from the University of Western Ontario. He previously worked at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Royal Bank of Canada dealing with investment-grade and mid-market Canadian corporate clients. Mr. Dyakowski has also worked in the equity research and equity sales departments at Salman Partners and Leede Financial.

Christopher I. Dyakowski

Mr. Dyakowski has over 35 years of mineral exploration experience. His background includes Board of Director and executive-level positions with numerous publicly traded junior mining companies. In these roles, Mr. Dyakowski has secured venture capital from individual sources and public financings; reviewed and supervised exploration programs; worked with regulators, government departments, legal and financial teams, the media and investors; and, located and secured mining properties in Canada, the United States, Argentina and Bolivia. Mr. Dyakowski is a member of the British Columbia Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists (P.Geo) and holds a B.Sc. (Geology) from the University of British Columbia.

Kenneth C. Phillippe

Mr. Phillippe is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has over 35 years of public company experience. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia in 1976. He articled with Thorne Riddell (now KPMG) and obtained his professional accounting designation in 1981. Mr. Phillippe established his own accounting practice in 1981. Mr. Phillippe has served as an officer and director of public reporting issuers in both Canada and the United States.

Rodney Stevens

Mr. Stevens is a CFA charterholder with over a decade of experience in the capital markets, first as an investment analyst covering the silver mining and exploration sector with Salman Partners Inc. and subsequently as a merchant and investment banker.  While at Salman Partners, Mr. Stevens became a top-rated analyst as named by StarMine on July 17, 2007, for the metals and mining industry. Mr. Stevens was also a portfolio manager registered with Wolverton Securities Ltd., and over the course of his career, he has been instrumental in assisting in financings and mergers and acquisitions activities worth over $1-billion in transaction value.

Jordan P. Trimble

Jordan Trimble is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Skyharbour Resources. Mr. Trimble holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Minor in Commerce from UBC and he is a CFA charterholder and serves as a director of the CFA Society Vancouver. He has worked in the resource industry in various roles with numerous TSX Venture listed companies specializing in corporate finance and strategy, shareholder communications, marketing, deal structuring and capital raising. Previous to Skyharbour, he managed the Corporate Development for Bayfield Ventures, a gold company with projects in Ontario which was acquired by New Gold (TSX: NGD). Mr. Trimble has an extensive network of institutional and retail investors as well as resource industry professionals bringing valuable relationships to the Company. He has appeared on BNN several times and has given presentations at numerous resource conferences across North America. Mr. Trimble has completed the Canadian Securities Course and Technical Analysis Course offered through CSI as well as several geology, exploration and mining courses.

Justin G. Kates

Mr. Kates is a lawyer and partner of DuMoulin Black LLP (where he has worked for the past 6 years), practicing primarily in the areas of securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Mr. Kates works with clients in a wide range of industries including oil and gas, technology, life sciences, food & beverage, and natural resources. He advises clients from all stages of development ranging from early stage to large public companies. His practice includes advising these clients on a range of matters, including equity and debt financings, stock exchange listings, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and general corporate/commercial matters. He received his J.D. from the University of Western Ontario and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University.

A. David V. Heyl

Mr. Heyl brings to GSP’s technical advisory board more than 40 years of experience in the mining industry, including senior corporate and technical positions with both major mining companies and junior exploration companies, working mostly in the Andean countries of South America and in North America.

Mr. Heyl is currently vice-president of exploration for Aztec Minerals Corp. Mr. Heyl was previously exploration manager for Southern Peru Copper and led in the identifying of resources for their acquisition and exploration, as well as leading corporate development, evaluations, acquisitions, exploration and administration. Throughout his career, Mr. Heyl developed expertise in all aspects of mineral exploration and resource evaluation, and has worked at operating mines in grade control, mine design, construction supervision and operations oversight.

He has played key roles in the discovery and evaluation of more than 30 million ounces of gold and 25 million tonnes of copper in reserves and resources, including: Marmato-Echandia in Colombia for Colombia Gold (now Aris Gold); Pierina, Lagunas Norte (now Boroo Pte.) and Quicay (now Centauro) for Barrick; Motherlode (now AngloGold) and Reward (now Waterton) in Beatty, Nev., and Rocky Bar for GEXA; Tantahuatay, Cuajone and Quelleveco for Southern Peru Copper; Rio Blanco for Monterrico Metals (now Zijin Mining); El Toro, Minaspampa (both now COMARSA), Tres Cruces (now Anacortes Mining) and Nueva Condor/Huampar for OroPeru.
